Roger Gibson began his HVAC and electrical career at the age of 13, working for his uncle's HVAC and electrical business. In 1974 Roger broke out on his own, and started his first business. It has been evolving since. Today R.L. Gibson Company serves the entire Pacific Northwest in the HVAC and electrical fields.
